I didn't come from a desk at a design agency — I spent years in operations, logistics, and planning. That's where I saw how much heavy lifting a proper system does for a business, and how much money and time a bad operational setup leaks.
When off-the-shelf site builders couldn't solve real operational problems, I taught myself to engineer custom systems properly. What that means for you: the person building your site actually understands capacity, conversion math, and workflow bottlenecks — not just picking pretty fonts.
